{Ellie & Samson}

When someone books at session and tells me that it’s a puppy I squeal with delight.  I lurvve my puppy fixes and at 16 weeks I could hardly wait to meet Samson, a pure bred Bull Mastiff.  Ellie warned me, she said he’s going to be a big boy he weighs 25kg already!  I actually wasn’t expecting him to almost knock me over when he got out of the car but sure enough, I was licked and slobbered as soon as he saw me.   Lucky Ellie has him well trained.  She is a clever cookie.  Big dogs need to be reigned in.  They need to know who’s the boss and Ellie is no pushover that’s for sure.  I had a few more cuddles and gave Samson a couple of treats and we were ready to go.   Just before we headed off to our location I asked her if he likes the water.  No.  He hates the water.  What I should have said was does he like ducks and swans.  As soon as we crossed the little bridge he was gone and in the water quicker than you can say quack!   Luckily I keep a stash of towels in the car.  Trust me, he’s not the first non-swimmer to end up in that lake and he won’t be the last!  Ellie you are gorgeous and so is Samson.  I hope you love your images as much as I do.
